Ballard Pizza is Ethan Stowell’ s version of a New York Style pizza Joint with elevated toppings, salads, flavors. The crust is as close to perfect New York style that you are going to get around Seattle, but only because you’re not actually in New York.
The space feels rich, anchored by black steel and giant slabs of reclaimed old growth fir making up the eating bars. With lots of beers on tap and great outdoor seating, the place is just right for a meal or FAT slice and a beer. Project partnership is between Smith and Greene Company, Dovetail Contractors, and ESR Restaurant Group’s project management team.
